Honey Bee Handmade
Honey Bee Handmade is a small, Salt Lake City-based business focused on cyclical fashion, creating one-of-a-kind clothing from thrifted and repurposed fabrics.
For the visual identity, I wanted to create something that felt organic, playful, and rooted in the natural inspiration behind the brand. I used the bee and beehive as the central visual elements, building a color palette from the brand’s reference imagery to create a cohesive identity that felt both earthy and eye-catching.
The three-bee logo was designed as a nod to the reduce, reuse, recycle symbol, connecting the visual identity directly to the brand’s commitment to repurposing materials and rethinking the traditional fashion cycle. I paired these illustrations with strong, bold typography to create a visual identity that feels confident, memorable, and approachable.
R. Nasser Media
R. Nasser Media is a media management company focused on creating and managing a strong digital presence for its clients. For this visual identity, I wanted to create a brand that felt bold, editorial, and sophisticated, while still having enough personality to stand out in the crowded media and marketing space.
I built the identity around the R.N. monogram, using overlapping letterforms and geometric shapes to create a distinctive mark that could work across different applications. I paired the structured geometry with a rich palette of deep reds, burgundy, mauve, black, and white to create a look that felt both modern and timeless.
To expand the identity beyond the primary logo, I developed a collection of repeating patterns, floral illustrations, and alternate logo’s . The geometric patterns add visual energy and flexibility, while the floral elements introduce a more artistic and editorial quality. Together, these elements create a cohesive visual system that can adapt across social media, digital marketing, print materials, and other brand touchpoints.
The goal was to create an identity that felt confident, recognizable, and versatile, giving R. Nasser Media a visual language that could support both its own brand and the variety of clients it represents.
